House Rule

Our house rules aim to provide a peaceful and pleasant stay by offering necessary information
and avoiding potential misunderstandings.

1. Rooms can be occupied from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the day of arrival. We kindly ask
our guests to vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
2. Please be informed that a 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, payable
by bank transfer within 5 days. The reservation is considered valid only after a
successful card transaction or receipt of the deposit by the deadline.
3. In case of no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
4. The accommodation fee is payable in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer before
arrival.
5. Payment methods: cash (HUF, EUR) Szép card (MKB, K&H, OTP).
6. In case of heating, the accommodation fee increases by 15%.
7. The owner does not live in the village, so please inform him in advance of your expected
arrival time.
8. In case of departure before the end of the booking period, we cannot refund the unused
accommodation fee.
9. The accommodation can only be used by the number of people specified in the
reservation. Only registered guests are allowed on the entire premises of the guesthouse.
The renter may receive additional persons only after consultation with the owner.
10. Upon departure and at night, please lock the gates and entrances of the building! When
leaving the room, please ensure that the air conditioning, lights are turned off, the
windows are closed, and the water taps are turned off.
11. We do not take responsibility for personal valuables brought onto the premises (e.g.,
jewelry, phone, laptop) or for the safety of vehicles parked in the yard.
12. Please note that the owner cannot be held responsible for or compensate for damages
caused by events beyond his control (e.g., natural disasters, hailstorms, fires, power
outages, etc.).
13. The accommodation provider is not responsible for any material damage or accidents
resulting from improper use of the property.
14. The accommodation provider reserves the right to immediately reject guests who
behave scandalously or do not comply with the house rules and to not accept them in
the future.
15. It is forbidden to take the room's furnishings, including blankets and bed linen, out of
the house (to the beach, yard).
16. Smoking and the use of incense are prohibited in the building!
17. Bringing pets into the guesthouse is only allowed after prior consultation with the
owner.
18. For the peace of the neighbors and the village, noise, music, and loud activities are
prohibited in the building and garden.
19. Guests are financially responsible for any damages resulting from the violation of the
house rules.
